On the LIT in a Pint Glass topic - if you typically served that drink in a 
smaller glass, and someone requested it to be served in a larger glass, that 
would be the equivalent of a "Tall", so no, you wouldn't modify the 
proportions to suit...........

As for my 2 cents.....I agree with the general concensus as well. It really 
boils down to customer service, and I for one do whatever I can to make the 
guests happy, as that only does one thing......put more money in my pocket. 
You had a golden opportunity to create a regular in that situation.
