Lets not make a spectacle out of your ignorance shall we. A drink list is not
the same as a menu and wine list. You can't walk into just any restaurant and
order Mexican food. There are thousands of wines out there and a list is
customary (if not mandatory). However, you can go into 20 different bars and
they will BASICALLY be carrying the same stuff. Sure, some will carry more
premiums, etc. but, by-and-large the stock will be very similar. Not so, with
foods in a restaurant or even wines. Nice try, but hardly makes a point.
>> More than 80 cocktails. Yep.
> Classics. No way
Geez, do you really want everyone on this board to prove to you there are more
than 80 classic cocktails? I have a feeling you were born after 1980,
therefore, you may not have a clue what constitutes a "classic." As popular as
liquor is, you don't think there have been at least 80 classics?
> 300+ average.
Water, teas and Diet Cokes don't count.

So, If I make you a cape cod in a cocktail glass - is that now a Capetini?
