First off, this is a very valuable group that you are coming off very rude, 
arrogant and hostile.

Second, you should be able to make more cocktails/mixed drinks than what is 
on your drink menu!  Duh!  This thing with comparing it to chefs is not on par 
in any way.

And on a tangent, we do make LIITs in a "pint" glass.  Remember this is the 
internet and anyone, anywhere can log on and post.  Pint glasses are not 
created equal.

Lastly, I'm laughing my ass off on if I were only required to make the drinks 
on our list!  I can just see the scenario:  'No sir, that isn't on our drink 
list, so I can't make it, even if you are a bartender and we do have the 
ingredients.'  What a gas.
