Good question, one i wish i had the answer to.  Its sort of a dont ask dont 
tell thing where i work, i dont think the management wants us to know the 
crazy amount of money that they are pulling in.  On the main bar there are two 
bartenders per register (five registers) and i imagine that on a very busy 
night each tender can ring around $4000-$5000.  Drinks are pricey which helps 
out the ring quite a bit!
