It's really just about personality.  Keep your wit, have a snappy comeback 
every now n then (funny, not insulting), and have a few games/bar tricks up 
your sleave to entertain the customer.  If you can keep them laughing, you're 
tip is going to be way higher than if you just served them a drink.
