This might sound bad...but why should they tip you?

Is the line at the bar long, or is there a line at all?
If not, then speed of service is not a reason...

Are you making drinks stronger or somehow better quality?
Judging by the prices, I suspect it's not a lot of mixed drinks.  No benefit 
in tipping you there...

Are they there for the bar/drinks/bartender, or are they there to see T&A and 
have a girl rub her ass on their trousers?
I'll let you answer this one.  I'll even give you two guess, you'll only need 
one...

You're the bartender, and you're in charge of making tips...so find a way to 
make them.  In ALL commission jobs out there, salespeople are told by their 
trainers/managers that they aren't employees, that they are really running a 
business of their own.  The point is, to teach them to be inventive and create 
ways of their own to make the sale.  If you want tips, find a way to draw 
people in and pull a couple more of those singles away from the dancers.
