Our tips are pooled together and then split hourly so we all can make $90/hour 
on a sick night but like i keep saying, that is not an average take home for 
tips.  $60-$70/hour is considered a good night and we often dip below that 
level depending on the weather, what band is playing, season changes and what 
not.
