Brandon, with your experience, you can make over $500 in a night easily in 
Manhattan, 1-2 grand/week, no problem...Lots of bartenders there don't have a 
clue and were just hired because hey knew someone or look like they play bass 
for Franz Ferdinand. If you get into a high-volume club or busy upscale 
eatery, you're making bank...It's amazing how many phony bartenders are 
out there. Just get a job working with them and leave 'em in the dust...those 
posers...
