Gee, if that were a requirement I would have walked out when I tended for 
Tiffany's nka Christie's Cabaret.  Our management made sure the bartenders 
were treated with the utmost respect by the entertainers (they could perceive 
a dancing bartender as competition and cutting into their money - thereby 
setting up the possiblity for an entertainer to treat the tenders like dog 
meat) and clientele.

Had to ask since it sort of surprises me.  Good luck.
