south beach is the "jewel" of south florida bartending, but all of south 
florida (basically all of coastal florida) is great for our line of work...it 
really is "hospitality central"...now may be the best time to look for work 
there, as the college kids go back to school...cause fall/winter is their high 
season, with all the tourists and snowbirds from the North...i was speaking to 
a few bartenders while i was down there, they say they make great money in 
the winter...my gig at the hotel is alright...i've been paying my dues there, 
starting to get more nights, weekends, banquets, etc...part of me wants to 
work at a nice upscale restaurant or lounge, making cosmos, martinis, 
etc...another part of me wants to work at some sweaty 18+ club, so i can check 
out the college girls and have them beg me for drinks (sorry, ya need that 
bracelet sweety...) hey freelivin lemme know if you hear of any places like 
that in our area, that are hiring, thx...
