I know exactly how you feel!  That's pretty much what I was saying in another 
post, that at some point you start anticipating the misconceptions of 
customers and doing things "wrong" on purpose because you know that's what 
they're expecting.  We should come up with some signal to give each other if a 
Webtender comes to one of our bars so that we know that they know what's up.
