A cuba libre is pretty much a no brainer, rum and coke with a squeeze of lime. 
A G&T, gin and tonic, Rye and dry (dry ginger ale though hard to find on the 
west coast so I hear), shooters ummmmmmmm a Kamikazee? lemon drop?
