if they dont know how to make it i just tell them. The other day i went to a 
club which proclaimed to make cocktails, and they werent sure on how to make a 
marg. so i just told him 2.1.1. ratio with a touch of gomme (thats how i like 
it anyway lads) and every oone was a winner. He learnt a classic way of making 
a cocktail and i got what i wanted. he was also very happy to listen to my 
advice which was nice.
