That has been discussed here in Oklahoma, USA. Some law makers want to 
strictly control the amount of alcohol in a drink. I see their point as many 
of our younger drinkers do not know how to moderate their intake and say; "I 
don't know how I got so drunk it was only 3 drinks." Three Long Island Iced 
Teas no less! Or many younger bars purposely overpour to compete for patrons. 
In Oklahoma the ABLE commission states that your sole responsability is to 
control the service of alcohol. If they have their way it will be strictly 
controlled.
