THis may be one of my dumb posts, but im just about to start a new job in a 
vodka bar where we have a very good line of vodkas at a very good price!

Just one thing that bothers me though, we have to pour the shots intoa jigger 
and then into the shot glass!

Now I know that freepouring is an art, but we have a heap of shot glasses (all 
the same by the way)  and its not rocket science to know that a 25ml shot (im 
from England) comes to within 2mm from the top of the shot glass and it is 
pretty easy to visually get this right!

Do any of you guys pour your shots with a jigger, and just how difficult is it 
to transfer the liquer from the jigger to the glass without spilling!
