I remember at one place I worked we got those measured pourers. They lasted 
for about 4 months til the owner threw them away.  At that time they didn't 
pour half shots that you would need for the triple sec in a margarita. Oh, I 
just remembered the wasted Long Island Teas all of a sudden.......maybe the 
pourers are different now....?

I also worked at a place one time that had liquor guns. That was a pain making 
a Long Island too. You could get half shots from it but you had to push an 
extra button to get it....hmmmm...so that was like 8-10 buttons I had to push. 
Drove me crazy at the time.
