You are absolutely right, when the bottle gets low that could be a problem if 
you aren’t use to using them, and you should either using jigger or measured 
pourers. But is this the standard just for your base liquors – vodka, scotch, 
gin, etc., where you are or is it your whole bar. 

Because here, when it comes to liqueurs and sherries, they can vary between 
measured & free pourers because of the ½ & ¼ shots involved, then shot glasses 
may be used.
