Have a word.  If the only places you've worked insist on measured pourers then 
they can't think much of their staff.

Play the game for about a week then freepour into shot glasses.  If you get 
pulled up on it then say you were spilling more transfering from jigger to 
shot than you were freepouring.

Remember that you might know what you're doing but others don't.  IF YOU 
FREEPOUR INTO A SHOT GLASS 2MM FROM THE TOP AND EVERYONE ELSE FILLS THE 
GLASS...that's alot of 2mm.
