That is the reason JAM asked for the recipe.
Although the bars here use measured pourers form base liquors – vodka, scotch,
gin, etc. When it comes to liqueurs and sherries, they can vary between
measured & free pourers because of the ½ & ¼ shots ivolved, then shot glasses
may be used.
With sherries & lets say Alize` on the rocks, no pourers are used because the
glass is filled, but the double pouring of shots virtually dosen’t exist here.
It sound a bit rookish for a bar manager to have a bartender to double pour a
shot. If anybody can tell me the principle behind this, please let me know?
