Seems like it would work better as a dessert drink. 

Something like this perhaps:

3/4 oz 10% cream
1/2 oz o.j
3/4 oz creme de cacao
1/2 oz galliano 
dash of triple sec (just a little erotic touch... :P ) 

Like someone else said, everything has a name but the closest thing to 
chocolate orange I can think of is a b52 shooter. and even then it doesn't 
quite give you a really great chocolate orange taste.

you could try a shooter like this.

1/2 baileys or creme de cacao
dash grand marnier
dash frangelico (or triple sec if you don't like hazelnuts)

I really can't think of a real drink that would achieve what you're looking 
for, I thought I knew a lot! good luck.
