This one's kinda silly but what the hell:

1 squeeze of wasabi
1 red chilli sliced
a couple of cubes of cucumber
a couple of olives
a few dashes Tabasco
a few dashes of Worchestire
half a lemon's fresh juice
a few dashes of fresh lime juice
celery salt + pepper
muddle everything together then add 2 Oz. Vodka and fill with tomato juice 
before giving it a quick shake and strain over ice and garnish with a big 
slice of cucumber.
This is not for the faint-hearted but if you like spicy then you might be 
suprised and actually like this and you can adjust the spice. Also, great for 
hangova's
