I came across this recipe in the database 
(http://www.webtender.com/db/drink/117) the other day. On my 21st birthday, I 
had a very similar drink, however the recipe was much, much simpler:

Ice
2 shots coconut rum
Pineapple juice
1 shot Blue Curacao
Slice of Orange or Lemon (optional)
Cherry (optional)
Surgar (optional)

1.) Take a large glass (hurricane glass if you have one) and rim with sugar 
(optional step).

2.) Add the 2 shots coconut rum over ice.

3.) Next, add the the pineapple juice until glass is mostly full and then add 
the blue caracao.

4.) Garnish with lemon or orange slice and cherry (optional step).

NOTE: This drink is easily changable to your likeness. It's also fine with 
cheap rum if you can't afford the coconut stuff.
