30ml Wenneker White Rum 222
20ml Malibu
45ml Pinapple Juice
5ml Blue Curacao
Blend with lots of ice rum, malibu, pinapple juice. Pour into a highball and
float blue curacao on top.
Garnish with a strawberry fan with fans facing up. Balance 2 straws across the
fan and glass to look like chopsticks.
With my aversion to belnders being used in a bar this cocktail may seem
strange coming from me, but its a great ladies drink in the summer.
