1. Asal Laymoun Martini (Honey Lemon Martini)

1 1/2oz Bombay Sapphire/Plymouth Gin
1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2oz Acacia Honey
1/2oz Fresh Orange Juice

Glass: Chilled cocktail
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Procedure: Shake all ingredients with cubed ice. Double Strain.

Also works well with Tequila, Brandy, Rum and Vodka. Haven't tried it with
Whisky/Bourbon though?!?

2. Moroccojito

3 Lime Wedges
10 Mint Leaves
1 Bar Spoon of Vanilla Sugar
2oz Rum (Havana Club Especial or Anejo Blanco)
1/2oz Homemade Cinnamon and Ginger Syrup
Top with Soda

Glass: Highball
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Procedure: Muddle first three ingredients in glass until sugar is dissolved.
Add Rum and Gomme, half fill with crushed ice and stir. Fill glass with
crushed ice, stir and top with soda.

Cinnamon infused Rum is also an option for this drink.

3. Mish Mash

4 Fresh Strawberries
8 Basil Leaves
1 Bar Spoon of Caster Sugar
Pinch of Black Pepper
2oz Bombay Sapphire/Plymouth Gin
1/2oz Elderflower Cordial
1/2oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Fill with Soda

Glass: Highball
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Basil sprig
Procedure: Muddle first four ingredients in glass until sugar is dissolved.
Add Elderflower and Lemon Juice, half fill glass with crushed ice and stir.
Fill glass with crushed ice, stir and fill with soda.

Works well with mint instead of basil as well. Alternatively, muddle fresh
pineapple instead of the strawberries. Pineapple and basil, yum!

4. King Hassan II

3 Bar Spoons Pear, Elderflower and Vanilla puree
Fill with Champagne

Glass: Champagne
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Procedure: Spoon puree into glass and top with Champagne.

Blend fresh pears with vanilla and elderflower cordial to make the puree.
Store in your freezer in ice-cube trays. One 'cube' of puree should be enough
per drink.

----------------------------------------------------

All created by yours truly. I have put the recipes in ounces but can be easily
converted. If anyone can think of additional changes/alternatives let me
know......

Cheers,

Adam
