15ml Monin Lime Citron Verte
10ml Lime Juice
3 slices of orange - grilled/pan fried (no oil) to caramalised state
Orange salt
Muddle orange slices.
Shake all ingredients.
Double strain into salt rimmed margarita glass.
Garnish with a flamed orange zest.
