50ml Plymouth Gin,
15ml Creme de Cacao (light/ white)
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice.
Build over Crushed Ice in a Tall Glass. Float 15ml of Yellow Chartreuse.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig, and a slice of Lemon.
