1 Oz. Stoli vodka
1 Oz. Kwai Fei lychee liquer
1 medium lime cut into wedges
2 lychees (i just use canned lychees)
2 barspoons palm sugar
handful of mint
ginger beer
Muddle wedges of lime with sugar and 1 of the lychees and a dash of lychee
juice, add the rest, other than the ginger beer, then shake & strain into an
ice filled high-ball. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime wheel and
lychee on toothpick.
