I agree with the Rum thing.  Also the baby boomer gen (largest generation 
ever) is getting to the AARP stage, so maybe, just maybe, whiskeys/bourbons 
will surge. Especially the small batch American bourbons.

Other than that, do what everybody else is doing... Take a staple, shake and 
strain it, chop the end of the name off and slap a "tini" on. :)

Also, say Castro dies, embargos lift and cigars surge again.  Cuban cigars 
(and the liquors associated with them) and rums could rock...
