ok guys, so we all know that certain drinks come and go, fads of drinks if 
you'll call it that... 

a la sex and the city, we're slowly weaning away from the Cosmopolitan 
trend... we then drifted into a Mojito lovers paradise... mint leaves 
everywhere... but where is it going next? any one got a heads up on the next 
major drinks fad??

a few of my friends are bartrainers, something that they say they're seeing an 
increased interest in is foam or fruit froth...

made by using one of thse nifty "hand held home cappucino" frothers, a fruit 
puree or such like can be frothed and then poured on top of the drink, adding 
something entirely new to the drink...

so i put it to you all, what's the next big craze in drinks? what will be on 
every cocktail list up and down the country??????
