i take it you are mainly looking for what is going to be the next big cocktail 
sensation adn i agree with you mojito everywhere but i think people are 
beginning to be turned on to rum in general, especially the aged variety. I 
just convinced our bar manager to stock barcardi 8 and am hoping i can get him 
on some of the lesser known brands as well. by the way, it's just going 
straight up, maybe with a dash of sugar or simple syrup.
