

Before i took on my current position of sales to the hospitality trade [Mon -
Fri 9 - 5 TYVM :) ] i was also noticing a turning in general towards good rum.
I had a 12 year ol El Dorado rum that was so smooth that once poured over ice,
that was enough.
I also ordered in a spiced rum which went well in heap of winter type
cocktails, and also a small amount (15ml) in a pickled ginger mojito went
perfect.
