Dan makes, some great points. I am able to Flair where I work so I always even 
when its busy find time to flip a tin or bottle as I bounce to the beat, 
people like to watch and they really don't mind for the Flair seems to take 
the edge off there waiting..I actually try to control them buy organizing 
them, If someone mumbles to me I tell them "last time or you go to the end of 
the line, shout it like you got a pair man...They actually get scared that I 
will send them to the back of the pack...lol.  For a few hours there is no let 
up, so it doesn't matter to me what you think or do or say, for the herd will 
just overcome you like a plague of locusts, and they are thirsty locusts at 
that. Caution though, make sure your Boss allows this, you newbie's will all 
get fired for this..! We have a cooler under each station for drinks made that 
were mistakes,or forgotten...( I call it the land of the misfit drinks,lol) we 
put them in the cooler, and eventually someone will want that drink so we take 
it out refresh it than serve it. As a Rule, I go Beer first, Mixed drinks 
second, Shots last, in terms of order of making. with shots though remember 
after they throw it back they are usually going to order a drink or a beer 
afterward, this creates "bar Cholesterol" for they will stand there after 
there shots and the line will not move, people behind them get pissed, so I 
get their after shot order too for they haven't even thought about that yet 
until after they down the shot.
