Hmmmm, $5-600 below everyone else is a lot. I have one question. Are you 
allowed to run tabs? I find that when I run tabs for people it cuts 
tremendously down on the stagnation of taking the order, making the order, 
paying the order......when you run tabs it flows. People also tend to drink 
more and tend to buy rounds. Those big tabs really add up at the end of the 
night. Plus people like to have a "personal" bartender to come get their 
drinks from.

Other thoughts include leveling out the playing field by stealing some patrons 
from the other bartenders.  This isn't as mean as it sounds...I just mean that 
you gotta find a way to attract existing or new patrons your way.  You really 
only need to attract about $300 to come up even with the other bartenders. How 
to attract them is an individual...you just gotta find a way. I will tell you 
this--people respond to HOW they are treated.
