

it doesn't make you less of a bartender, but it does make your bar less of a
cocktail bar.
And as for those experienced bartenders 'developing' this crap, what a bunch
of sell-outs!!!
I have taken several pay-cuts in my bartending career, just so I could work
with certain people in certain bars.
"A pound of flesh, for a pound of (cuervo) gold!"
These developers call themselves bartenders, and even mixologists. How strange
that the only thing they may be remembered for is bottling pre-mixed cocktails
(thus destroying the cocktail art).
Plus, giving the bar world more of what it doesn't need: Draught/ tap
cocktails!
