The Japanese are meticulous about everything, so I assume that the bartender 
would definately have washed his hands.

In one of the other videos on Dailymotion, there is a bartender who has to 
stop to pull his trousers up just a little bit, then goes on to make a drink. 
Though he doesn't handle the ice, always tongs. 

Did you notice how all the japanese bartenders push the glasses towards the 
customer from the base of the glass? They don't touch the drinking part of the 
glass.


I had tasted the Wild Turkey Rye, though I found that the regular 101 has move 
of a bite (which I like).

Back in 2000 I met Jimmy Russell (master distiller at Wild Turkey), and even 
got his autograph (I am such a groupie!-).
