Corona is definitely VERY Mexican - unlike some brands, like Fosters perhaps,
which isn't hugely popular in it's home country (or so I've heard, I could be
wrong) but is marketed as such - Corona IS in fact the most popular beer in
Mexico by far, especially when you add in the other labels made by the parent
company, Modelo, such as Victoria, Modelo and Negro Modelo. Though one funny
thing - in the states you can buy Corona Light - down in Mexico you'd be hard
pressed to find it, if you could find it at all.

In any event, Corona is a crappy beer, just like Budweiser in my opinion -
sweet, watery, with little flavor. To be honest, there's only been one Mexican
beer I've found that I actually like, Indio, but being from Oregon, I've
gotten used to all the full flavored Micros on the market.

BTW...Mexico is definitely part of North America....
