I will second Nidal's post, having been fortunate enough to take a tour of the 
"Casa di Bacardi" in Puerto Rico this past summer.  They started in Cuba but 
left just prior to the revolution as the government was looking to seize 
everything.  Awesome tour that I highly recommend.
