I work at a pretty busy night club, we have private party rooms that we rent 
out for corporate and private functions. I have two bars setup for these. I 
can handle about 45-50 people at one of the bars because it is small and you 
can only have so many people standing at the bar. At one of the larger bars I 
would say that number decreses because I get more volume per space. 

On a good night at the main bar (none party room) we can have as many as 
200-300 people in the house. On these nights we usually have 4 bartenders 
behind the bar. Man are these nights fun and crazy, and usually make for a 
good after work drink night. 

So what about you guys and gals ?
