Ha.  We only hire those with a minimum of two years similar high volume 
business/experience, and we do call and check references.

No bs'ing is ever accepted.  Thank heavens.  I am a firm believer of that and 
never exaggerated how I got into the biz.  I bloody earned it.  And it has 
been good to me.
