Hey everyone. I have another question. I have been lucky thus far and found a 
job without having to bring in a resume. I am tending at a golf course, doing 
banquets and weddings and working in the pub and cafe part time. I would, 
however, like to look for more steady work. I have also done some barbacking 
at a night club where I was offered more hours, but the management/staff 
communication is very low and the owner does not like the fact that I am gone 
one weekend a month for military. I have shipping and recieving experience via 
marine corps, and a lot of customer service experience, in both an upper-class 
setting and a relaxed setting. 

Getting to the point, is there anything (aside from lots of experience) that I 
should add to a resume to make it stand out more? Anything that anyone has 
noticed when they are in the hiring position that made them lean for or 
against a certain applicant? I would appreciate any advice.
