I don't know what you're talking about. I microplaned 18 good smelly organic 
lemons into 1.5 liter of 195 proof hooch and if I lost a little oil to the 
grating I'm glad of it! The lemon oil flavor is possibly TOO intense even 
after diluting.

I'm thinking of diluting even further down to 90 proof.
