I have a pretty awesome zester/grater as well, although I like the look of
that thing!

I make an amazing hot toddy style drink and had a genius idea to make some
homemade limoncello, infused with cloves. It will be fantastic!

I have some other ideas I want to try as well, especially ginger, but thanks
for the other ideas!
Anyways, whats your proportions, recipe, etc for homemade limoncello?
