Sorry Adam E,
ummmmm here's my recipe;

Limoncello
Makes 1 bottle

1 bottle (750ml) premium vodka
1 cup simple syrup
10 lemon zests

Wash lemons with a brush and hot water to remove any pesticides or wax or use
organic lemons and zest the lemons. Pour 1/2 of the vodka in a gallon glass
jar and add zest. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 20 days. Add the
simple syrup and remaining vodka and let sit for another 20 days.

After the last rest period, strain and discard the lemon zest then bottle.
Keep in the freezer until ready to serve. It’s a nice touch to serve in
chilled cordial glasses.

Cheryl

P.S.
Please, someon, anyone tell me the proper pronuc. for Limoncello, beacsue I
have about 3 that people say is correct. Q! Any Italian to mix with your
French? Dom! You're Italian, what's the real pro?
