Up until now, I'd have to say I didn't understand the reverance everyone held 
for you on this forum, Dom. 

But now I do. Thank you for quite possibly the most educational post I'll ever 
read on one of my favourite cocktails. I've added you to my list of Webtender 
Gods, and may karma smite me should I ever take you off. Dom, you're a champ, 
and my profuse apologies to you and others for not realising it sooner. :) 
Daiquris are on me should I ever visit you in Italy, or vice versa.
