Yeah. The boss has advised us (the managers at least) to be able to do the 
same.
It puts a certain weight behind the words "You've been told to leave, you are 
now trespassing, I'm calling the police" or the old 
"Yo man, that's assault, I'm gonna press charges" - "Way ahead of you!"

I know it can be tacky, but I have no problem with the day shift using their 
phones within reason, as long as the bar is covered and they know how to drop 
them when needed. I've noticed the alternative is that they disappear into 
toilets or alcoves to make their calls, and then they are truly no use to me.

Oh yeah. That's me. I admit I use it for just about everything, but do try and 
replace it with a fresh one when I can.

Sounds like my kind of place!
Unfortunately with a larger team & high volume we have to keep the bar drawers 
& cupboards a little more organised, so my hat collection and other fancy 
dress is no longer close at hand.

Oh yeh. Had fun with them. Used to biff them out onto the street from the 
bar... My current place is to loud for them to be worthwhile anymore :(
