oooooo Dan! I like a handyman. There's a show that I DVR  and it's called 
Monster House. It facinates me. I love it. I remember a long time a go people 
catching me watching "This Old House"....they would curl their noses at me.

Just recently I moved and decided to make my bed. I made it from 1 boxspring, 
1 mattress, plywood, rope lights and glass bocks. The glass blocks are on the 
base and the blue rope lighting is behind the glass blocks..... so the bottom 
of my bed glows. The plywood is in between the mattress and boxsprings 
(boxsprings on the floor). Like a sandwich: the boxsprings and the mattress 
are the bread and the plywood is the meat.
The plywood sticks out 3 inches all around (fits the glass blocks under it) I 
painted the plywood black then jig-sawed the corners.

There's a coupls more things to it, but I think you get the idea.
