What about for emergencies?  I only take emergency calls when on the clock 
(unless the place is dead empty), and there's a special code my friends know 
when they're calling with an emergency, which I ALWAYS pick up.  I haven't 
had a problem with any of my jobs thus far with this, and I've already been to 
the hospital like 3 times this year (I have a lot of accident prone friends, 
and I'm the emergency contact for damn near every one of 'em), so it IS 
something that will come up.
