Mobile phone usage is prohibited while on the clock.  Ever caught checking 
text messages, making a call, etc., the battery is removed and taken up to the 
GM's office until the end of that shift.  It happens again to the same 
employee, they get a write up.

Nothing worse than being a customer, wanting a drink and watching your 
bartender/server chatting on their cellular.
