Where I work now I am fortunate enough to have had the owner tell "give away 
what ever you want, just right it all down." I don't give away top shelf and 
only if there is a reason other me expecting a bigger tip.Like 
birthdays,clients tha haven't been in in a while,someone buying rounds for a 
bunch of people.If you give away products and the maanagment doesn't notice 
the stocks gonee and the counts not right shame on them and you.

I workd in Alabama for a short time and giving away alcohol in any amount or 
for any reason is against the law,even replacing a split drink.
