Hey I really appreciate yall's input and just for the record I do not give out 
free drinks in order to recive tips the only thing I give away are 
non-alcholic beverages when I know the customer has been buying drinks all 
night. I have yet to confront the other bartender about the suspicion of 
pocketing tips but I am watching him very closeley and I know that he has 
been. I understand the concept of him helping out and working harder so I am 
able to get the big tips but he is not the one who picks up the slack it is my 
barback that does that for me when the time comes and most nights whene my 
good customers come in its slow  and they do not consume that much of my time 
where I am neglegting my waitresses, other customers, or any other 
responsibilities that I have. I know If I ask him about it he will just lie 
and say he shares it all with me but what am I todoI feel as if I am being 
used and I'm wondering if I should maybe give him a 1/3 of the tips from my 
customers ( the ones that tip over 50% of the tab) and keep the money the 
waitreses say is just for me. I don't want to screw people over but I dont 
like being the one thats getting screwed.
